We teach only art

The Nordic Art School is one of the best known and successful intermediate level art schools in Scandinavia. The students come from all over Scandinavia and other countries. The teaching is based on the system of guest teachers,well-known contemporary artists who are working at school in one to two weeks periods.The leading idea of school is the meaning of drawing as a way of visual thinking.

Self-motivation and self-disciplin in everyday work is required for success in art studies. Continuos individual feedback and critics strenghtens students artistical development. The school is encouraging the students to work also on their own projects after the school hours.
